March 30, 2007, Newsletter Issue #55: Gift Baskets Reflect Personalities
1
Tip of the Week
When you are creating a gift basket for that special person in your life, you don't have to use traditional gift baskets to house the goodies you find. Instead, look for items that reflect your loved one's personality, hobbies, or interests. These can be as simple as a hand-painted piece of pottery to hold art supplies or a fisherman's hat with fishing lures attached. If you are giving a basket filled with seeds or small plants, place the items in a small planter and add a pair of gardening gloves. For the baker in your life, fill a mixing bowl with measuring cups and spoons, a new recipe, and the ingredients to make the recipe. Almost anything can make a unique and wonderful gift basket for any occasion.
